Supplementary Figure 1: Morphology and morphometry of eggs laid by aspermic Fasciola (asF) and spermic Fasciola gigantica (sFg). Adult flukes were incubated in DMEM supplemented with 20% bovine serum, 20% bovine bile along with 200 U/mL penicillin, and 200 mg/mL streptomycin in a 12-well flat bottom cell culture plate.
