Unknown indicates preparations in which DNA was only amplified and sequenced successfully in approximately 260 bp region of the SSU rRNA gene of Blastocystis.

Accession No. indicating the sequences downloaded from GenBank, which have 100% homology with the sequences obtained in the present study except two novel sequences (highlighted in bold) obtained here.
