Phylogenetic relationships among the representative sequences of the Blastocystis small subunit ribosomal RNA (SSU rRNA) gene obtained from China, using the neighbor-joining method. The trees were rooted with GenBank sequence U37107. Bootstrap values greater than 50% from 1000 pseudoreplicates are shown.
