Agarose gel electrophoresis of PCR products from DNA extracted from 0.5 and 1% Anisakidae/Euphausiacea mass ratio samples after (A) proteinase K protocol, (B) Wizard Genomic DNA purification kit, (C) QIAGEN Genomic-tip kit, and (D) Nucleobond Column AXG kit. Each condition (method/mass ratio) was extracted three times (numbered 1, 2, and 3). Each sample was amplified and deposited in triplicate. Water was used as the negative control (*).
