Clinical features. (a) Elastic reddish nodule on the extensor side of the left forearm (arrow). Skin biopsy was performed from this nodule. (b) Irregular, serpiginous erythematous streaks and eruptions, continuous with the nodule, were observed from the forearm to the radial side of the elbow, suggestive of creeping eruption (arrows).
