Time-dependent effect of ES antigen on IDO mRNA expression in DCs. DCs were treated with ES antigen at the optimal concentration for 0, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, or 32 h. Real-time RT-PCR was performed to determine the relative expression of IDO mRNA in DCs. **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001.
