Relative IDO mRNA expression in DCs stimulated with different doses of ES antigen. DCs were treated with 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, or 40 μg/mL ES antigen for 24 h. IFN-γ was used as a positive control. Real-time RT-PCR was conducted to quantify the relative expression of IDO mRNA in DCs. **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001.
