Analysis of cytokine/chemokine levels in serum of ds-RNA treated mice.

Eight mice were randomly divided into the NaCl group and the ds-GFP group, with each mouse being infected percutaneously with 60 ± 2 cercariae. The mice were euthanized at a specific time after NaCl or ds-GFP treatment and sera were collected. Levels of cytokines or chemokines in the serum were detected using the Luminex liquid suspension chip assay. ns p > 0.05 by unpaired t-test. n = 4. Error bars represent the SEM.
