Oil red O staining of various Trichinella spiralis stages from infected mice challenged with dsRNA-TsGDH treated ML. Lipid droplets were mainly distributed in the IIL stichosome, adult worm intestines and female ovaries. The color of lipid droplets in the dsRNA-TsGDH group was lighter, and there were fewer large lipid droplets, and the lipid content of the dsRNA-TsGDH group was clearly reduced, compared to the PBS group.
