SDS-PAGE and Western blot analyses of the rTgUPase protein. (A) The full-length ORF of TgUPase was expressed in E. coli, separated on 12% SDS–PAGE gels and stained with Coomassie blue. The molecular weight of rTgUPase was approximately 38.0 kDa. (B) Purified rTgUPase protein (2 μg/lane) was detected via 12% SDS–PAGE and stained with Coomassie blue, and the purity of rTgUPase was greater than 95%.
