Phylogenetic analysis of Rhabdosynochus viridisi and Scutogyrus longicornis orphan GPCRs. The midpoint-rooted phylogenetic tree was constructed using 1000 replicates of the approximate likelihood ratio test (similar to the Shimodaira-Hasegawa test). The LG+F+R3 model was implemented. The colored boxes indicate the log10-transformed e-values obtained from the alignment of the R. viridisi and S. longicornis sequences against sequences of different taxa using the NCBI database (Tre, Trematoda; Ces, Cestoda; Rha, Rhabditophora; Lop, Lophotrochozoa; Spi, Spiralia; Pro, Protostomia; Bil, Bilateria; Ver, Vertebrata); the species to which the sequence belongs (R. viridisi or S. longicornis); and the type of receptor inferred from phylogenetic similarity to reference sequences.

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.

Initial download of the metrics may take a while.
