Percent efficacy = 100[(C − T)/C], where C is the geometric (Geo) mean at baseline (Day 0) and T is the geometric mean at evaluation timepoints.

Percent efficacy = 100[(C − T)/C], where C is the arithmetic (A) mean at baseline (Day 0) and T is the geometric mean at evaluation timepoints.

Two-sided probability value from analysis of variance on log-counts of the mean at baseline and evaluation timepoints.
