A = 500 mg IVM; B = 1000 mg IVM; C = Control (vehicle only).

Arithmetic mean of the individual Onchocerca ochengi microfilarial densities in the group (in group B, the mean was calculated after excluding animal #3, which did not present O. ochengi microfilariae before treatment).
