The size of the circles represents the haplotype frequency and the colors represent the country to which the strain belongs. The number of transversal lines connecting haplotypes represents the number of substitutions between them. Sequences found in cats in the present study are shown with numbers (6_3_3; 5_1_6; 3_1_6; 3_1_8; 4_3_2; 4_1_8).
