Insecticidal efficacy (%) against sandflies = 100 × (P_c−P_t)/P_c, where P_c = Arithmetic mean number of the proportion of live fed female sandflies in the control group; P_t = Arithmetic mean number of the proportion of live fed female sandflies in the treated group.

For all samples showing 0 or 100% live sandflies, there is no 95% CI.
