Lymphocyte proliferation assay. Splenocytes were obtained from immunized mice and the control groups prior to the challenge and cultivated in 96-well plates. Lymphocyte stimulation index was determined using the MTS assay. No significant difference was detected between pVAX1-HSP40-immunized group and control mice (p > 0.05).
