Phylogenetic relationship of T. multiceps and T. hydatigena isolates obtained in the present study and other T. multiceps and T. hydatigena isolates as well as other members of the genus Taenia as inferred by neighboring-joining analysis of the cox1, nad4 and cytb gene sequences based on genetic distances calculated by the Kimura 2-parameter model. The reliability of these trees was assessed using a bootstrap analysis with 1,000 replicates. The GenBank accession number and the host of origin are given for each isolate of T. hydatigena or T. multiceps.
