Sergentomyia roberti (Diptera, Pyschodidae), new species from the Congo

Sergentomyia roberti, nouvelle espèce récoltée dans le massif forestier du Mayombe en République Populaire du Congo, est décrit d’après trois exemplaires femelles. Ce nouveau Phlébotome se différencie des espèces de Sergentomyia actuellement connues par la morphologie du cibarium et par la longueur du troisième segment antennaire.
Abstract
Sergentomyia roberti, new species collected in the Mayombe forest in the People’s Republic of Congo is described from three female specimens. This sandfly is clearly differenciated from other species of the genus Sergentomyia by the morphology of the cibarium and the length of the antennal segment 3.
