Infestation mixte de Bulinus truncatus (Audouin, 1827) par des formes larvaires de Schistosoma haematobium (Bilharz, 1852) et d’un Echinostomatidae

Dans les élevages de Bulinus truncatus (V. Audouin 1827) à l’Institut National d’Hygiène du Maroc, des sporocystes primaires et secondaires de Schistosoma haematobius (Bilharz 1852) ont été reconnus associés à des métacercaires enkystées d’un Echinostome. Nous signalons cette association qui est nouvelle pour le Maroc.
Abstract
In the breedings of Bulinus truncatus (V. Audouin 1827) at the Institut National of Hygiene of Morocco, primary and secondary sporocysts of Schistosoma haematobius (Bilharz 1852) were recognized associated with encystad metacercariae of an Echinostome. We draw attention to this association which is new for Morocco.
