Abstract
Anthemosoma garnhami (Landau, 1969), intraerythrocytic parasite found in Acomys percivali (Dollman, 1911) and adapted to the white mouse, has been classified by the author among Dactylosomidae. Comparing the activity of antibabesial and antimalarial drugs, we confirmed the relationship of the parasite with Babesia.
