Amibiase expérimentale. Obtention du type pathogène de E. histolytica chez la souris blanche rendue immunotolérante

Chez des Souris blanches préalablement traitées par des injections massives d’un antigène protéinique banal (blanc d’œuf), les auteurs ont obtenu un état de tolérance immunitaire compatible avec la survie et la multiplication des trophozoites d’E. histolytica et préservant leur caractère pathogène.
Abstract
In white mice previously treated with massive doses of a common proteinic antigen (white of egg), a immunotolerance state compatible with survival and multiplication of trophozoites of E. histolytica and preserving their pathogenic condition has been achevied by the authors.
