Abstract
The A.A. point out, for the first time, the presence of Microsporidia in muscular tissue of a warm-blooded Vertebrate, Apodemus sylvaticus. They belong to the genus Thelohania and the species apodemi.
The first Microsporidia of this species was found in 1963 by the same authors but in nervous localizations of these rodents.
