Evolution in vitro d’explants de membrane proligère d’Echinococcus granulosus.
Abstract
In vitro cultures of explanted pieces of germinal membrane established that formation of exagenous secondary cysts only depends on cells from the germinal membrane itself, without scolex being conserved in.
The cyst forms obtained in vitro look like secondary cysts observed in vivo, more than vesicular forms obtained from a single scolex do. Therefore, the two aspects reached in vitro from germinal membrane are alike degenerated cysts observed in man.
