-
a)
La présence de fragments de membrane proligère est indispensable à l’obtention de kystes secondaires ;
-
b)
Abstract
In vitro cultivation of scolex from E. granulosus showed two different aspects according to the explanted material :
-
a)
to obtain true miniature hydatid cysts with laminated enveloppe, some fragments of germinal membrane must remain.
-
b)
scolex without any germinal membrane try to develop in strobilar stage — if suitable conditions are provided — or became abnormal and develop posterior bladders.
