Meet Jean-Lou Justine, Editor-in-Chief, at the annual meeting of the Société Française de Parasitologie

Little by little, face-to-face events seem to be getting underway again. All being well, it is hoped that the joint annual conference of the Société Française de Parasitologie and the Société Française de Mycologie will take place in person in Lyon on 28 and 29 October 2021. Participants are invited to extend their stay in the region to enjoy the delights of Lyon and Saint-Etienne. Technical arrangements have, however, been put in place in case it is necessary to switch to a virtual format.

Parasite is the international, open access journal of the Société Française de Parasitologie. Jean-Lou Justine, Editor-in-Chief, will be speaking at the conference and looks forward to once again sharing the company of fellow parasitologists and swapping the latest news and research in areas such as microsporidiosis and digestive parasitosis, toxoplasmosis and new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.

Earlier this year, Parasite received an impact factor of 3.000 and the DOAJ Seal for “best practice in open access publishing”. Parasite is peer-reviewed and publishes high quality papers on all aspects of human and animal parasitology. Find out more on its website where you can also sign-up for free e-mail alerts.
