IDs correspond to protein spots revealed by 2-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) gel spot number (as shown in Fig. 1).
All protein sequences in the same line were aligned with Eimeria tenella using the BLAST tool on the NCBI online website.
The protein sequences of E. necatrix and E. maxima are compared with the amino acid sequences of E. tenella. The (–) symbol in the table indicates that the corresponding orthologs have not been found.
Non-classical secretory property (SecP) and presence of a signal peptide (SP) and transmembrane domains (TM) were analyzed using three servers: SecretomeP-2.0a Server (https://services.healthtech.dtu.dk/services/SecretomeP-2.0/), SignalP-5.0 Server (https://services.healthtech.dtu.dk/services/SignalP-5.0/), and TMHMM Server v. 2.0 (https://services.healthtech.dtu.dk/services/TMHMM-2.0/), respectively.
Abbreviations: *, a SecP score exceeds the threshold (0.6), indicative of a secretory potential through the non-classical pathway for proteins with no signal peptides; N, not present; Y, yes.
Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
