First study with Eimeria meleagrimitis – evolution of the percentage of sporulation of oocysts of E. meleagrimitis (PM3 strain) collected in the duodenum from 118 to 126 hours after infection. Percentage of sporulation was evaluated after incubation for 3 or 11 days at 28 °C. The horizontal straight lines show the percentage of sporulation observed among oocysts collected in droppings 144 h after infection.
