Rodent species and abundances at each study site. Relative abundances are expressed as a percentage of the total rodent species caught. Numbers in this table include only those specimens collected at sites with the same trapping effort. Estimated diversities of Chao1-bc (q = 0) (bias-corrected form for the Chao1 estimator), exponential of Shannon entropy index (q = 1), and inverse of Simpson concentration index (q = 2), with its confidence intervals based on a bootstrap method of 100 replications. Sampling was conducted only at study sites in the state of Nuevo León. Collections were conducted from April to August 2010.
