Measurement of specific IgG antibodies in sera of immunized mice. Sera were collected two days prior to each immunization and determined by ELISA. All samples were run four times. The results are the mean of three independent experiments and expressed as the mean of OD 405 ± SD. The statistical differences (p < 0.05) are indicated by *compared with PBS or pEGFP-C1.
